Domestic (United States): 3-4 business days via USPS
Worldwide: 5-7 business days via USPS International
Please allow up to 48 hours after placing your order to receive order conformation and tracking information.
All unclaimed/undeliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Customs Import Duty & Taxes
Prices online do not include any customs clearance/duty fees.
Please note: Like Honey is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country or any delays in delivery that are a result of customs clearance.
If you choose to refuse delivery due to customs fees a $25 return fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping fee. This is non-negotiable.
We will issue a store credit for all merchandise which is returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is returned unworn and undamaged in the same original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker still attached.
- The item was not purchased on sale.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How do I return an item?
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will email you a Returns Form to include in your parcel.
- Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the Returns Form.
- Once your return is received, we will email you a store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used store wide!
Please email email@example.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of receiving your item so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number immediately to cancel order. If your order has already been processed we, unfortunately, cannot cancel your order. However, we are happy to accept your returned item for store credit!
